5. Commission and Fees
Commission and service fees are communicated in advance and vary depending on the property and the nature of the service. These are agreed upon contractually before proceeding with any transaction.

6. Contractual Law and Jurisdiction
All contracts entered into between the buyer of an apartment and Palm Islands Real Estate GmbH in relation to properties located in the United Arab Emirates shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts in the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or related to such contracts. For all other matters not directly related to a UAE property purchase contract, German law applies and the place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, Germany.

7. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of our services or reliance on information provided, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, and always within the scope of applicable law.
